I wouldn't want to be riding in the Tubes, look up and see this character.
Better the leniency there the UK than here, imo.
"......Hate-filled Siraj Yassin Abdullah Ali, graded the highest possible risk to the public, was released after serving just half of his nine-year sentence for helping the July 21 bombers.
He now mingles freely among the Londoners his co-plotters tried to kill six years ago....."
"....Government officials are desperate to deport the Islamic fundamentalist back to his native Eritrea but have been told they cannot because he could face ‘inhumane treatment or punishment’.
Ali was convicted of helping a gang of five Al Qaeda suicide bombers in their bid to repeat the carnage of the attacks of July 7, 2005, two weeks later....."
Exhibit A on the lunacy that is political correctness.

In the UK we have the concept that if you sign an international convention, you then ratify it and abide by its terms for good and for bad. Hence the UK obeys the EU Convention on Human Rights which protects individuals against torture for example. I can see how that could look strange to some people in the USA.

Really? Really Europe wants to lecture others on human rights??????????
Europe does not have the morale high ground when it comes to Human rights nor does England.

Congratulations on supporting the human rights of a convicted terrorist.
BTW: Don't worry. The next time your country has an issue that it can't handle the most powerful country on Earth will be there to bail you out.
That's what happens when Leftists sign away a country's sovereignty to a super national governing body. I feel for the people of the UK
I understand Cameron wants to do away with Blair's Human Rights Act which is the basis for this absurdity but his liberal coalition is not having it.
More proof Leftist are a danger to a country's security and prosperity.
