I don't know why conservatives are making any predictions in regards to the health care law and the Supreme Court when it was conservatives who couldn't see how unconstitutional Arizona type immigration laws are.

There was/is nothing unconstitutional about AZ's immigration laws. Please list the unconstitutional parts of it, thanks.
And if not, I see a lot of people wetting their undies, but from tears that flow down their cheek.
They don't realize, no matter what the SC decides on individual mandate, the Admin wins. No mandate opens way for Public Option, a pretty good Campaign position, not to mention, would get a lot of private Ins out of the picture which would save a good bit of Care costs. Upholding the HC Law, though less desirable, would reaffirm a very positive Obama accomplishment.
Actually, I am delighted it is headed there, as we need closure. I doubt conservs would accept either decision, but I hope both libs and conservs do, for being a nation of laws is paramount to everything else.

They don't realize because their view of the world is extremely confined. If anything, I won't be surprised if all elements taken from republican-land in the health care reform are deemed unconstitutional. And ultimately help a push for inclusion of public option or even universal health care which was compromised to appease some idiots who would have opposed anything and everything anyway.

Amen! One less distraction, political talking point, out of the way, hopefully sooner than later.
Covering kids until age 26 is super popular. Admin handled some of politics masterfully (even though I was against Obamacare) as benes hit before cost did. Can you imagine how many parental votes will be forever lost to GOP if their 24 year old is now forced OFF their insurance via SC ruling. SC will not take the hit, the GOP would.

At the same time, NEVER underestimate the power of stupidity.
