Rick Perry graduated from Texas A&M in 1972 with a 2.2 GPA. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science. There are 2 A's, 19 B's, 27 C's, and 8 D's. And one of those D's is in Principles of Economics.
I'm not a Perry fan, but you realize the first thing that's going to be said is: "Why do you care about grades so much? Where's Obama's grades?"
In my opinion college is a microcosm of life itself, there may be some similarities but it does not definitively model real life. If someone screws around in college it doesn't mean they screw around as an adult. I'd care more about his current policies, his current presented intelligence, and how well he handles things now. If he's showing competency then obviously he's grown since then and the college grades are pretty damn irrelevant.

Dammit too slow, DRob got there before me
run out of things to trash perry over? this has already been discussed. It didnt work last time, why do you think it will this time?
Didn't work? Are you one of the "voters" who voted Bush in because he seemed like a president you could enjoy a beer with? I honestly think any presidential candidate looking to run our country needs to show some kind of smarts. This shows mediocrity. You couldn't get into any kind of decent internship with those grades.

If they'd had a chapter on bribery, he could have gotten at least a C in Principles of Economics.
