What does that have to do with the GOP nominating process? Can Republican hacks go a few sentences without frothing at the mouth about Obama?
Whether Romney or Perry wins, they will have won because they are perceived by the GOP as the most capable of beating Oblama. And since either will beat Oblama, yes it is about Oblama in the end.
States can do as they please. The federal government has no authority to mandate that citizens purchase a product or service.
