Both have said they will repeal obamacare, the national disaster thrust upon Americans by obama and the dems.

No, it means enough Americans are bright enough to figure out that Obama has been an unmitigated disaster as President.

Whether Romney or Perry wins, they will have won because they are perceived by the GOP as the most capable of beating Oblama. And since either will beat Oblama, yes it is about Oblama in the end.

States can do as they please. The federal government has no authority to mandate that citizens purchase a product or service.
