Many electronis things around the house, even my trucks computer, have been effected this week.

Now I find out Time Warner Cable has been having fits for days now.

The digital HD TV has been on the skits.

I rebooted this morning to get a clear unbroken picture.

No go, it is locked up on the reboot and has been for over 4 hours now.
The tech said it is a nationwide outing.

My cell is taking over a day to get voicemail, sent yesterday.

Anyone else notice a problem?

Don't you know solar flares are just this big conspiracy/lie scientists are pushing on us to get more funding? j/k

I personally haven't had any problems with my electronics. May be solar flares or just a freak coincidence.

edit: I forgot to mention though when I went to my dad's house on Sunday they were having issues with their tv. Kept having to rescan or something like that.

Here is a link to the NASA site: http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/sunearth/news/News092011-6cmes.html
If you play their video; you will see that there was plenty of solar activity around the 20th of last month. I guess you can probably find other sites (maybe at SOHO) that will tell you the exact activity in the last week.

Yeah I read about this the other day. Had some internet problems last night for a little while. Don't know if it had anything to do with it. X class flares are the biguns.

There is a cram for spectrum, and people using it in places newly for the first time all over the country right now. Be it cable, fiber, or cellular, the demand for transport resources is booming.

So a lot of compression of old systems is needed. More and more digital processors handling more and more connections. Channel hopping exercises that have never been tried before.

Expect more of this in the future, but the system will get better once demand peaks. That'll be about 5 years, maybe.
