It's funny really, the Repubs in Congress and their supporters, have absolutely no clue as to why their approval ratings are near zero.

They don't have a list of demands on purpose. One purpose might be to expose a bunch of fools, that would try to attribute a list to the protest. Seems to be working well.

Or, we see JUST how deep the anger is.

We grow tolerances to violence. If you grew up in the 60's you saw live and unedited war on the news during dinner and didn't blink an eye. But it didn't *start* that way. We got used to it. A riot here or there was just another riot.

Violence becomes the issue and is returned in kind and you lose sight of the goal. Tribe against tribe takes over.

What I feel with this movement is the *same* anger that Vietnam generated within our own society. Should this key into that anger, which has been building for quite some time, it could be quite an interesting next few years.

If nothing else, these protestors have already succeeded in something. They have successfully exposed the ugliness of the far right mind-set. It is a hateful, intolerant and selfish mindset and people who share that kind of thinking are the ones who are always quick to say 'f-u' to those who have lost their jobs or their wealth.

You can bet that none of these young protestors understands the truth in the bailouts and the export of our jobs -- how much their liberal politicians were behind all that.
That is not what you said. You said they supported him. Past tense.

You are not owed an education
You are not owed ,even a job
You are owed free healthcare
You choose to go to college and rack up the debt with a degree that is useless.Yet,you want me to forgive your loans WTF .What is wrong with this country where you think you are entitled to everything for free ?Everything in life ,has a price. It is a price that I don't want to pay with my tax dollars .
