There are no official agreements between the two groups, but there have been reports of Tea Party members being in attendance of the some occupy demonstrations.

Ironically, some Tea Party members are sane.

When you become a ward of the Government you lose all of your freedoms so just how much do you want the Government to give you?
Cain is right, the more you take from the Government (which takes from somebody else to give to you) the more freedoms you lose, it may just take a while but watch. You want more or better place to live then you better be a card carrying government goon.

If we could just figure out a way to keep them there past next November - they'd forget to vote.

No.

A bunch of whiny, middle-class professional protesters who are organized by a neo-Marxist group called "Adbusters". I see little for me to support.

Only thing I agree with them is that the bailout should not have happened.

Such a common sense, true thing to tell anyone, and it made news?

Default OWS = Losers Wanting A Personal Bailout, Not Fighting Wall Street Greed and Corruption

I've heard the chants, i've read the signs, i've seen the faces. This is not about greed and corruption. This is about a bunch of lazy ass losers wanting a personal bailout from their bad life decisions.

For a brief moment I thought something big and revolutionary might have been going on with this protest. At the end of the day, it's a sad commentary on a segment of Americans who failed to make solid, productive decisions that make them solid, productive citizens. And now they want everyone else to pay for it.

Sorry, but I don't subsidize bad life decisions. You made your bed. Now you're sleeping it. This crowd can chant and rally until they turn blue in the face. But I'll continue to chide them for their personal indiscretions.

I'm not seeing anyone asking for handouts, I'm just seeing people not wanting the infrastructure their taxes paid for, used by corporate interests that don't contribute to the commonwealth.

Sounds like some tea party revenge for all those nasty comments directed toward them. I love this forum...
