Court finds this scumbag making about $5,600/month at the expense of others in an amount multiple times that amount.

This piece of brown matter goes as far as testifying before judge he makes the money by stealing and selling stolen stuff, panhandling and numerous other criminal activities. This guy claims equal opportunities were denied when SSA denied his claim citing SGA (substantially gainful activity).

This guy claims he spends $200-300 a day on drugs.

SSR 94-1

When this guy's gain of $62,000 is looked at in the perspective of economic losses of loss of thefts, keeping this guy locked up is not burdensome.

How is it that we can have scumbags like detailing out his crime, but get immunity from prosecution?

SSI rules are also ridiculous. One is limited to cash and bank asset limit of $2,000. Yes, that's it. One vehicle REGARDLESS of value. Personal effects excluded, such as TVs, computers, appliances, furniture. No wonder its such a lucrative system for abusers and very difficult to access for those legitimately needing access.

Who is running this government? This is messed up

Is your calendar broken today? You might want to look at the date of this decision.

Is your thinking broken? Do you somehow think you can say this never happened, because its past xx number of years?

This ruling shows the absolute non-sense these bottom feeders pull and the effort the courts put up with addressing these issues.
