I just WONDER...how many folks on this forum...would love to say what Hank Williams Jr. said...but are scared to?
Your statement makes zero sense since You guys do it all the time, and it always speaks of your ignorance since Hitler was more a right-winger than left, but that is another discussion that has already been beaten to death here.

You are not allowed to alter my quote like that. "Comparing" people is not the same thing as "comparing" differences in relationships. Leave off the snarky insult, especially when it doesn't even make any sense under the circumstances. Anyone who thinks, based on this man's comment, that he was comparing two people has a serious comprehension as well as logic problem.
Obama will never be the leader that Hitler was. He was actually POPULAR with the people and turned the German economy around. No wonder the left hates the comparison. There IS NO comparison.
Just FYI Hank Willaims did not compare Obama to Hitler. He made an analogy, not a comparison.
A comparison is saying A is like B. An analogy is saying A is to B as C is to D.
For example, water is to a swimming pool as an apple is to an apple pie. In that analogy, we are not saying water is like apples, we are saying the relationship between water and a swimming pool is like the relationship between apples and apple pies.
Hank Williams Jr. didn't say that Obama was like Hitler. He said the relationship between Obama and Boehner was analagous to the relationship between Hitler and Netanyahu.

Exactly. He was making an analogy about the relationships. We've gotten so caught up on words that how they're used doesn't mean anything.
