What did she do to deserve this, kill someone? Certainly falls under cruel and definitely unusual punishment

It's hard enough for a lot of people of any color to listen to Rush Limbaugh's fanatic commentary. I bet he loves to hear himself talk, though.

How are they going to prove, for sure, that the police officer forced her to listen to Limbaugh? Perhaps the officer was a fan and she had the misfortune of being in the car.

They dont need to, its not a crime to force people to listen to your radio station unless the radio is over a certain volume, and even that law was ruled unconstitutional unless its after a certain hour in the day.

Disclosure: I dont recall what level that ruling was made, might only have been in a state court, but regardless, its not a crime to put on a certain radio station.
