Holder is either a liar, or truly an incompetent boob, and should be dismissed as UASG.

The guy goes before congress to testify about Fast and Furious, and is so inept, and so incompetent, that he never even bothered to do a search, before he testified, to see if any memos or emails were sent to him about the program???????

At the very least, when US border guards and Mexican civilians were murdered in fire fights with weapons traced to the program, Holder should have done a complete review of it then.

I guess murders that may have been committed due to a federal US program gone horribly bad, was not enough to prompt our USAG to look into it, and he only found out about the program when he was channel surfing a few weeks ago.

So, help me get this straight.
Roger Clemens, professional baseball player, consumes steroids to enhance his performance on the field. He is dragged in to testify before Congress by a federal prosecutor (a minion of AG Holder). Allegedly Clemens lies under oath (perjury) and now faces retrial and prison time for consuming a substance that effects his own body, but no one else. Shame on him, he must be imprisoned. Attorney General Eric Holder commits perjury about a secret government gunrunning operation that ultimately costs the lives of many in Mexico and the US. Lives ended by thugs with guns that the ATF made sure got into the thug's hands. He is defended by the president and the NYT.

Is this the new example of a Constitutional Republic?
