Thought this would create a stir. Make a case for issues the vast majority of people don't agree with you on. Me, it's gotta be minimum wage/overtime laws(no economic sense, most of all the poor), vote at 18 for federal elections(should be 21, don't tie military duty to voting rights, my grandpa's generation never did), senators should be elected by state reps.(as used to be), and that obesity is a sign of how great this country is (rather be fat than dead)

I think we should tax the retirements of government employees after the first 18k at 90% to get backs some of the ill gotten gains through bribing Democrats with billions of dollars.

I think we need a balanced budget amendment (with some wiggle room for wars and national disasters)

I think if you are not a citizen and you use the social services you should be banned from applying for citizenship for at least ten years from the time you last were on the dole.

All those have merit IMO and there could be a growing support for some if not all of these ideas.

Where are my views in the minority?

I think being educated,encouraging learning and curiosity is important. That definitely makes me a minority in this country.
