I came across this while googling an email hoax that Bo, Obama's dog, flew on his own private plane. One of the things that turned up on my google search was this whopper from Fox News
Their source for the stories claim that Bo flew on his own private jet was this one line from a Maine newspaper
Arriving in a small jet before the Obamas was the first dog, Bo, a Portuguese water dog given as a present by the late U.S. Sen Ted Kennedy, D-Mass.…
Ok now, the thing here is that a real news organization doesn't just read something in a newspaper and then go with it assuming it's true. A real news organization would have called the White House to get their side of the story. Also that one line in that Maine newspaper does NOT say that Bo was on a private plane, or as Fox puts it "his own special jet airplane" Fox News should know, and I'm sure they do but they ignore it because it gets in the way of their Obama bashing, is that when the President travels, any President not just Obama, there is NEVER just one plane. There are always other planes for staff and reporters and such. In fact I'm not sure but I think there might even be a backup Air Force
Oh yeah, that claim about Bo flying on his own personal jet? FALSE
Because since the Reagan era,Americans are dumbing down
In order to dumb down, they would have to watch MSNBC.
