, way to go! One thing I can never understand is how other peoples noise should be tolerated by others who want no part of it. Why should I have to hear your whining/crying infant...why should I have to hear some loud jack-ass' B.S. when I don't want to...why should I have to hear a dog barking when I don't own one, and don't want to hear that...why should I have to hear a neighbors graduation party in their yard, when I don't want to listen to that...why should I have to hear leaf blowers just because a neighbor can't get off his/her lazy arse and actually do some physical work with a rake. More people should be kicked off buses, or taken from theaters, or restaurants if they are annoying others.

I've observed that the behavior of a child, including infants, can tell you a lot about the parents.

That the kid is for one reason or another uncomfortable. Babies are pretty simple to operate... for some.

If the baby were screaming to the point of causing migraines, then the other passengers would probably have sided with the driver. They didn't. They sided with the mother and infant, and all said the baby's CRYING wasn't all that bad.

LOL.

Sue, because you got kicked off the bus? If that was you on the bus with your baby and your baby wouldn't stop crying, I would also sue you for mental anguish of having to hear you and your baby causing a ruckus.

I cant respond to anything else when a person says sue over NOTHING.

Same goes for any public setting including but not limited to buses, movie theaters, restaurants, etc. Leave the shrieking kid at home until it can be quiet and behave appropriately in public. It is exceptionally selfish and rude for parents to expect others to have to put up with their kid’s irritating behavior.

It's against the law to leave an infant at home unattended. This lady was riding the bus--maybe she doesn't have the funds to hire a babysitter for her newborn? How exactly is she supposed to pick-up diapers and baby food and formula? Witchcraft?

There's nothing, and then there's NOTHING. Like when a woman with a newborn child is ejected from a bus, which she HAS PAID TO RIDE, because the baby is crying, at night, far from home. If she gets mugged, it's the baby's fault, right, because a newborn infant should know when to stop crying?
