And i don't see a problem with that because we have a BLS unemployment rate of 9.1% and a real unemployment rate of 12.5%
And yet as CNBC.com pointed out theres 3,200,000 jobs that are open in the US.
We need to just cut the unemployment benefits until that 3,200,000 job number drops to 1,000,000 or less.
Get a job or go on the streets. Harsh? Ya but so is life.

Yeah the beauty supply store down the street and McD's is hiring. Hell I even think people can go pick strawberries with the mexicans. Yippeee!!!!!!! American exceptionalism!

The difference is that the TEA Party folks have jobs to go to, businesses to run and families to support. They can't spend all of their time camping on the street, defecating on police cars and getting arrested.

You'll see just how devoted these kids are when the weather turns cold or the next version of Halo is released.

Well, first of all, you limit your reality based on the content of what you're viewing, not by what's actually real, but that's not the point I wanted to make.

What I wanted to ask was this - Why are you so harsh to those who participate in a specific sexual act that's typically practiced by gay men? Are you homophobic or something?

Some of the independent liberals, such as myself, may vote for Paul unless Obama changes course on the middle east.
I know you and I differ on some positions but I can respect this honesty. From your other posts on this board, I know you are not one of those "in the tank". I guess I just don't understand the mentality of supporting someone that has taken opposing views on the very views that liberals purport to believe (e.g. not closing Gitmo, not ending the wars, medical marijuana issue).

Well I appreciate that. I don't give anyone a free pass.

Hey I am on board with all of those things; however, other than Paul who on the Republican side share our view on these issues. That does not mean Obama should get a free pass. It is very hypocritical that so many on the left were all over Bush on the Wars in the ME, but as soon as Obama got elected they were as quiet as a Church mouse. I for one have not been quiet on the issue, and am very disappointed. But if I were a one issue voter, other than Paul who else would I vote for in the election.
