The left must be stupid... 10% pay no taxes... they mention specifically PAYROLL taxes are included in that measurement... that means 10% don't have a honest job or derive their income entirely from investments or other means... FAIL... what is the left trying to do, is seems to me, they are trying to be incredibly dishonest when they distort the facts like that...
