I'm sure NY taxpayers will love to pay to clean up the mess left by these animals let alone the fact they are being deprived the use of the park to begin with. I say if they want to behave like animals let em live like animals.

Sounds like a third world country. I don't understand why people have to put up with that. I guess NYC is too liberal to address the issue right away.
