"Clark went on to say the company has received "hundreds of phone calls and emails" from residents and workers in the area complaining about "lewdness, groping, drinking and drug use, the lack of safe access to and usage of the Park, ongoing noise at all hours, unsanitary conditions and offensive odors."

Who owns that park? Well it just so happens to be a company that also dabbles in the "green" energy bidness. Loan anybody? Sure why not.

Sounds like a third world country. I don't understand why people have to put up with that. I guess NYC is too liberal to address the issue right away.
