in my school you get kicked out if your gay i also go too a very strict cathlic school but anyways public kissing anywear is wrong

No one is saying p.d.a. is necessarily ok......or not.....however this IMO...is over reacting.
However this particular instance was in private and ONLY seen AFTER school officials screened through camera footage...that's the crux of the issue along with the boys being gay.
In my lifetime I've seen thousands of heterosexual couples groping one another in public......you against that too..
And frankly it's none of my business, nor yours, who kisses whom....nor do I care.....I think that's good advice for everyone regardless of sexual orientation.
Both of my uncles were college cheerleaders back in the day (waaaay back). The were tumblers and did gymnastics too. Not gay. Many competitive teams have males to do the lifting.
I wonder how many boys have been suspended for kissing girls in the hallway. With no audience, near a security camera.
I'd bet $100 right now that there's security camera footage of boys kissing girls that haven't resulted in either getting suspended or getting kicked out of the EC. if I was this kid's lawyer, I'd demand all footage and go through them. chances are, they'll find something pretty quickly if this school is like any other school filled with hormonal teens

This story falls into the same category as that lesbian actress who was playing tongue hockey with her "girlfriend" right in the middle of the aisle of a crowded airplane for all to see. People are clearly partaking in outrageous, socially unacceptable behavior so that people will react and they can run to the media talking about how they were wronged.
Enough is enough. Kick this kid out of school. He is clearly trying to distract and obstruct the already challenged learning environment.

Seems to me that Texas school officials should put more effort into educating students(the high school graduation rate there is abysmal); rather than scrutinizing security footage and looking to start trouble by harassing this young couple who obviously were seeking privacy.
So what you are saying is a school rule was broken but because no-one was around to see it it's ok.
If they were seeking privacy why didn't they go in the bathroom?
Has nothing to do with gay, has everything to do with kids not following the rules and their stupidity of making out in front of CCTV...
The excuse used sounds the same and just as lame as a person busted for speeding...
