What would have been funny is if those two had gone after the blonde woman for bumping into them or something. We'd have had them on video beating the CRAP our the gal and her yelling for people to help her.

Maybe she was upset because this was going to delay her purchase of 5 McDoubles and a diet coke?

City Data gets it right, grand jury refuses to indict.

It's justice for the "McHero!"
A Manhattan grand jury today cleared a burger flipper of all charges in the dramatic, caught-on-video beating of two irate women customers who'd come at him in a West Village McDonalds.
Parolee Rayon McIntosh had faced serious felony assault charges in the October beating, which was captured on cell phone video that went viral online. In the video, customers shriek "Stop! Stop!" as McIntosh repeatedly slams the women with the handle of a metal grill scraper. The blows left one of the women with a depressed skull fracture and a fractured humerus.

Self-defense at first, yes, with the first one or two swings. But he crossed the line when he kept swinging after the threat against him was neutralized. Bottum line: don't start **** if you can't handle the consequences, and they are both at fault, they are both thugs.

I think the right thing was done here. The man had a right to defend himself and though I think he was excessive, the women took the risk when they jumped the counter.

You can't see them behind the counter.... maybe they were trying to get up.

I would call it pure self defense.
