What would make anyone think he wasn't a better choice than McCain/Palin? Notice I didn't say he was a good choice, just the better one.

I never expected that one man would be able to fix this economy in four years.
You forgot 0bama's unilateral decisions to go to war with Libya, and the new combat troops he is sending to three or more countries in Africa.

So, four more years of 9% unemployment, more wars, more inflation and more over the top partisan rhetoric then?

So, McCain was on the ballot for the democratic party's primaries in 2008?

You're of course entitled to your own delusions but who said he was?

After Bush, I didn't think the GOP could regress any further. However, we are now in an era of the most pathetic, misguided, ineffective, and petty version of the GOP in recent memory. I didn't think the GOP could get any lower than the Bush years, but this is the reality now.

...and the hilarious thing is, the right BLAMES THIS GUY! I blame him too, but their blame is for his actions (which were not his action at all), and those disenchanted on the left blame him for his inaction.

Wanna know what I think took place behind closed doors.

"I'll cater to the benign social issues that the left hold so near and dear, while we continue to help our friends on Wall Street. "

I'm so happy to be in the middle where I can see things for what they are.
Thats interesting, but this scenario could have taken place also:

Pres. I would like to do this to help the economy and the people
handlers.--No you can't do that because of this
Republicans (real)- That might not be a bad idea, but If we agree I might be out of a job
Teabaggers- HELL NO WHATEVER YOU TRYING TO DO!

Results from the people "He is a Liar he works for (fill in the blanks)!
Results from the stupid "faux said that he was a socialist/communist" (whatever that is)!

Unbelievable!

If you knew that Obama would continuously fail for four years to "fix Bush's mistakes" then why did you vote for him at all?

You liberals should have nominated a REAL liberal...because we know liberals are excellent at economics! lol.
Just how long do you really expect 8 years of bs to be fixed? Why do you think that there are no real republicans that want to run for president? Because They know whoever is president for the next 4 years is going to catch hell regardless who controls the House or Senate.
