Your ignorance of both politics and history is astounding, but not surprising

Glenn Beck?

What does he have to do with anything?

Anyway, why can't you use communism, socialism and anarchist in the same sentence?

Is that some new rule or something?

There is a vacuum of knowledge amongst many of today's conservatives that is being filled by revisionists like Glenn Beck, Jonah Goldberg and Pat Buchanan.

It is sad how the Dumbing Down of America is reflected by these people, and posts like this one.

Do you own/use a TV, DVR, computer, cell phone? These products are manufactured by communists. You are posting here on C-D, aren't you? That means you are buying and using products made by a communist country. Does that make you a communist?

Don't you find it a bit odd that capitalists and communists are doing so much business together?

At the end of the day, all of these "isms" (communism, socialism, fascism, capitalism, globalism) don't mean squat. These labels are just tools to keep the people divided, distracted, manipulated and controlled while the very few who run the world rip everybody off. It is the oldest trick in the book.

2. Do you own a car that's powered by gasoline? Is your residence connected to the grid? If you consume energy, then you're giving your money to the Arab League. List of countries by oil production - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Look at who are the members of the Arab League Member states of the Arab League - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A lot of these countries are cradles of terrorism against the US. They promote, support and finance terrorist activities worldwide. Don't you feel like you are supporting terrorism (there's another "ism" for ya) every time you fill up the gas tank?

3. A lot of the people of OWS want to be part of the system, but they're running into a brick wall. If they had jobs and opportunities, they'd be the biggest supporters of "capitalism" and the most rabid Republicans.

I find it ironic or maybe the media has chosen to overlook it, but neither side has mentioned the continued use of H1B visas. Maybe the OWS have ADD issues and they can't focus. That's right, everybody's pointing the finger at illiterate illegal immigrants (again, keeping people distracted and controlled), but nobody is saying a word about the legal importation of workers from India, China, etc. Our unemployment is what, > 9%? Are H1B visas really necessary? Why haven't the Republicans AND Democrats stopped this? Answer: They're all beholden to Wall Street.

So, I kindly suggest you turn off the TV and the radio and read and THINK before you waste anymore bandwidth with silly posts.

Then again, you'll probably continue to carry water for people who are bent on obliterating the hopes and aspirations of the majority of the people in this country.

For a lot of folks, denial is the only way to deal with the pain of recognizing and admitting that they're being played.
A very long post with absolutely no point.

Oh, dear is right. What do you propose? Should the corporations lobby for campaign finance reform and against crony capitalism so that they can repair the broken system? LMFAO! Are you going to tell a drug addict to destroy the free drugs sitting on the table and actually expect them to do that? Or should we take those free drugs off the table, eh? Gullible, simple minds... No. The only ones that can put a stop to it is congress by passing campaign finance legislation and ending crony capitalism. Obama and congress have no incentive to do that though since nobody is holding THEIR feet to the fire. The anger is misdirected.

Actually, I think it was pretty brilliant to go after big business with the message, because if they'd just gone after government, it would have turned into a huge partisan fight, people would have started picking sides based on party, and both parties would have started circling the wagons and pointing fingers. That's what we have now on every other issue, and it's not working.

Both the Rs and Ds are to blame for this mess, and it shouldn't be partisan. As long as the outrage is focused on wall street, etc., the average person understands it, and they can go after both parties to introduce legislation (or a constitutional amendment) to get big money out of our elections, and to cut off lobbyists. Strategically, it leaves room for politicians in BOTH parties to step up to the plate and make changes if the American people are demanding it--right now, because everything is split on party lines, nothing gets done. We're at impasse on every issue. If this becomes the campaign issue of 2012 on both sides, you can bet there will be changes. Politicians like corporate money, but they like the power that comes from keeping their jobs more.

I think the essence of OWS is that for once, we need to put America above party loyalty, and work together to get this done.

I don't see the connection. There's nothing in Communism or Socialism that bars people from having luxury items.

A better criticism would be why do they use credit cards to purchase laptops and cell-phones.

Those people are idiots. It's like asking a rapist to use a condom.
