He's busy running guns to Mexico and promoting gay marriage.

Can you provide the source of the estimates?

Perhaps we can start there.

What happens to those handicapped children and adults if Medicaid is ended? Medicare doesn't provide what they need.
I believe the idea is to fold it all into a UHC.

Sorry, I won't feel that I should pay for someone to go to the emergency room when they get a cold or a runny nose. Or the doctor for that matter. Suck it up and let it pass, your immune system will thank you.

I believe low cost health care should be, along with food, shelter and clothing, provided for all citizens and paid for by a steeply progressive income tax. By having federal ownership of the facilities and the staff paid federal wages a tremendous saving as administrative and executive salary cost are eliminated. Included in this is a free medical education for future doctors, nurses and other practitioners. There would be no need for any involvement by the private sector insurance industry. That would be the major source of the savings.

Anyone on the Left care to explain this particular nugget? Reform is problematic when it comes from conservatives, but not when its OWS/99%?

Do you support this or not?

What does the TEA movement plan to replace Medicaid with?

Clearly the difference here is that the OWS group seems to actually have a plan.
I fully support replacing Medicaid with a single-payer system.

It is hard to believe the OP did not already know that.

O.K. Maybe I gave him too much credit. I frequently do that with posters.
