I belong to a web site mostly for the pretty videos but they also have political videos. Here is one from a person in Jhang Sadar, Punjab. This person sees the US as being as bad as all the other dictator run countries.

They must think our police kill the demonstrators and do the atrocities like those in Egypt, etc. I wonder if those on Wall Street realize how they are portraying our country? Big difference is they can speak their minds and block traffic WITHOUT being killed and put into prison for an indefinite time not knowing if they will or when they will get out.

I AM NOT MOVING - Short Film - MUST WATCH VIDEO

Cops murder people here regularly and generally away with it. Sometimes with firearms, other times with tasers. If you're an illegal immigrant you can be placed in an ICE detention facility indefinitely with no access to the outside world. It may not be on the same scale as Syria or Uzbekistan, but it's not as if these things don't happen here either. Then there's Guantanamo and the CIA black sites all over the world, our incarceration rate, etc. On top of that Obama's signed off on assassinating American citizens abroad. The other part of it is many of these countries with super-repressive governments, they're often on our payroll or got their start through US aid, as was the case with Mubarak, Bashar Al-Assad, the recent coup in Honduras, the ISI in Pakistan, Saddam Hussein, and so on.

As for the OWS protesters you can bet your bottom dollar that if they look like they're about to become an actual threat to anything, the government will crack down on them in an instant.

What's with all of the anti-Americanism? Police kill citizens in EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. (Maybe except England, where they don't carry guns). If you don't like it here, then get out.

So you are saying our country is just as bad as those countries who are run by dictators? Is that the message the OWS people are saying?

The video is American, posted by a person in India I would imagine. The purpose of the video is to show that despite our rhetoric, we kill, maim, and torture protestors. We are two-faced liars, in other words. Generally, the world knows this to be true. It's we Americans who refuse to accept that reality AND do something about it.

I didn't watch the video, but we probably should head over there somewhere and shoot someone with a drone or a cruise missile and then build them a water treatment plant.

Is it really anti-Americanism though? Just because an American citizen points out some of the flaws of our country doesn't mean that he/she is anti-American. Did you ever think that maybe he/she is just pointing them out because they want to see things change and improve in our nation? And your comments about England and getting out if they don't like it here just made me LOL.

Does not really matter what any other Country feels about us. Because without perfect flawed Man, there is no perfect Country.

Each Country has it's own share of problems. And one word for all these Countries who feel the US is big and bad. Don't rely on us, in a criris, don't rely on the US when there is devastion in your Country, but we know who you all rely on, in a time of criris. And you all count on us, because you know were good for the help.

Why would anyone blame the protesters for how the US is portrayed (protesting is a basic right in this country), and not the media whose anti-American agenda has been exposed and known for years?

Fact- the media will always interview the dumbest they can find and show the lunatics dressed in the craziest garb while ignoring the majority of reasonable people with legit greivances.

Just look at how the US mainstream media portrayed the "radical, racist" Tea Party.

People who say the US is no better than Iran, Iraq, etc. really haven't a clue about anything and I can't take them seriously.
