Exactly.

No court has examined Obama's citizenship subject to the 14th Amendment.

There is no statute which trumps the Constitution.

All courts have done to date is cite Wong Kim Ark in an attempt to affirm Obama's eligibility.

However, Wong Kim Ark DOESN'T apply to Obama as his father WASN'T permanently domiciled in the U.S. at the time of his birth. That FACT is a matter of public record.

I presented you with 22 courts where Obama's citizenship was examined subject to the 14th Amendment.

All of them have declared him a natural born US citizen.

A waste of the court's time and resources.

Yeah, they, like you, said they didn't want to hear about it.

Declarations are almost always deem-dependent.

Or, vice versa - depends on source and mouth.

That was 179 other courts.

These 22 heard about it, and decided you are wrong.

No, TEMPORARY equals the designation on a legal federal form:

And still it doesn't matter. Because in the United States, if you're born here, you're born a citizen. That's the law in the United States.
Based on what?

Cite it.

Be careful. You DO realize statute cannot change or amend the Constitution.
