Then its a very good thing that every one of those 22 cases were actually decided on the merits.

Somebody?

Judiciary Committee Chairman Trumbull was more than just "somebody."

Committee History - senate.gov

We know the intent and meaning of the 14th Amendment. It is stated in the Congressional Record:
"The provision is, that ‘all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens. ’That means ‘subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.’ What do we mean by ‘complete jurisdiction thereof?’ Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means."

Obama was subject to the U.K.'s citizenship jurisdiction via his alien father. He owed allegiance to a foreign power at birth. Not only is Obama Constitutionally ineligible for POTUS, he isn't even a legal U.S. citizen at all. He is only merely regarded as one by current political policy.

Based on what? Their belief that the federal government doesn't have to follow the Constitution anymore?

What's their support for deciding the federal government can ignore the Constitution?

It doesn't matter whose interpretation it is. The courts do not agree with that interpretation. They've ruled according to a different interpretation over and over and over again. The interpretation that you support has lost to a different interpretation in the courts. You can repeat your interpretation a zillion times, and it won't change the court rulings one iota.

They don't ignore the Constitution. They interpret the Constitution differently than you and whomever you cite interprets it.

Then it is his interpretation that has been declared bull**** by 22 Article III courts.

And that is how, under the Constitution, we settle those thing.

If you want different answers, you're going to have to finally start answering different questions.

They based their decisions on the Constitution itself.
