That's 'cuz all they ever have is excuses (as usual). Although actually those red states are starting to look pretty good, compared to their attempts to turn the U.S. into another "China"!

Yeah guys, it's because they live in red states. I'm sure with a more Democratic state government all of these trailer park Mississippians would magically become educated and achieve prosperity. Second of all, if you weren't aware, even people in red states have access to your liberal social programs. Yet they're still poor. Shocking.

Or if the democrats take over, will the rest of the country look like DC? It's in the article.
It is quite a hyperbole, but definitely not the stupidest thing I've heard today. Walking around on my college campus fills up the stupid meter pretty quick.

Policies fail because those who support them fail to adjust their policies to changing conditions.

Let's talk about the welfare state that is California. Dems ran this state into bankruptcy.

Is there a chance that one could find pictures as bad as any showed there somewhere in every state in the union? I think that you have been taken by some very selective picture taking. As an example, I don't remember seeing many like the one for Texas other than near the Mexican border. Is there a chance that the towns mentioned in the article in Texas are all in that area? Sure there is.

I read that whole article from the left leaning blog and saw not one word about the state governments of those states being run by Republicans. You cherry picked this one in that you had to go to other sources for that part.

That picture of Arkansas was so obviously nothing but cherry picked. You could see things like that one all over the country if you go rural enough and there are places that are like that.

Is there a chance that you will ever understand that your picture is nothing but partisan attempt at something that we both know?

WHEN the GOP and Tea Party take over next year, the economy will sky rocket and the country will finally be on the right track..
The first thing needed to help the economy, is to get rid of the SOB in the WH who is trying everything in his power to destroy our country...
He will lose, America will win..!!

Take into account that rural folks may not have the same aspirations in regards to material items and money that a lot of us do. Maybe living a simple life is more appealing to them, and perhaps they are right.

Quit cheatiing on California. It is unfair for people who live in those states to take advantage of wild eyed liberals and you do like in California, don't you? Keep hammering at them as they won't be able to do anything but try to make you look like they do.
