In reading thru the first few 'codes,' the writer offers zero evidence for his/her views, apparently relying on mental telepathy/mind reading. Sorry but I am skeptical of anyone who, in effect, claims the ability to read minds, whether Republican or Democrat.

That article did not require telepathy. It only needed observation. Unfortunately the "code" applies to all Republicans and too many Democrats.

Yes it does require telepathy. If you claim to have divined some secret meaning behnd what someone is saying, you've gotta have either a) secret evidence (e.g. something from wikileaks) or b) the abliity to read the speaker's mind (i.e. telepathy). The article does not offer any evidence so it has to be (b).
