He's not the president.

He's not going to follow the Constitution anyway. Should his actions be looked at before he leaves office? Absolutely. Next to the economy, this ought to be a campaign issue.

He should be indicted and tried for TREASON. The problem is that the Progressives on both sides of the aisle have no loyalty to the US Constitution to which they swore their oath of office.
