Federal workers have entirely too many benefits and protections. That is what has always attracted the "do nothing" class. They live for this.

What we need to do is create more accountability, eliminate the tenure based job security, and start paying the better people MORE for their work, and not for their tenure.

You know, like profitable corporations do.

This is why I'm so sad that Donald Trump isn't going to run. We need someone in office that knows how to run a business. Because this business, the United States of America Incorporated, is a failing entity that if private would have shut its doors decades ago, and the directors (politicians) would be getting 30 to life for embezzlement.
