Let's compare apples to apples, shall we? The Bush DOJ didn't prosecute the "New Black Panther" idiots,

The overreach of government actually is a concern that we share. The aggressive tactics employed by law enforcement, the questionable plea deals, the necessity of DAs to get convictions to further their career.
But I'll still take the government's law enforcement any day of the week, rather than have a posse of self-appointed "militiamen" show up on somebody's doorstep to perform a phony "citizen's arrest" of a jury member, because one of their dumb-ass Birther buddies got caught breaking the law.
That cure isn't just worse than the disease, it's not even a cure.
