This could well be right since Obama's Secretary of State has been pushing so hard to get this thing ratified. Of course, they must have some kind of reason to get it into effect and I wonder how many people who support the Constitution actually support all of it, meaning the 2nd Amendment. I am sure that very few progressive thinkers don't support it.

If not get ready because on November 9 at 1:00 central or 2:00 eastern the government will be shutting down all radio, tv and even C-D for 3 1/2 minutes. This is part of a test to see what they can do and if it can work so well.
Can you think of any other times that the government has done something like this in the name of care of the people? I can think of several but it is so obvious that pure censorship is what Cass is aiming at, this time.
Nothing needs to be shutdown for an emergency broadcast. Actually everything still needs to be ON... This is all about testing their control over information and how fast they can black us out. Welcome to Obama's dictatorial America.
I agree....It does seem ass backward to me if it's done for emergency alert purposes.
Maybe they want to test to see if they can restart the system after a hijack/terrorist scenario blackout .... makes more sense.

since this "Test" was initiated by Homeland Security, which was created under Bush Jr. and overwhelmingly allowed to continue under both parties...

Another prog Constitution hater has exposed himself. Won't it be nice when you people can destroy that document and write one that fits your thinking so you can make those states equal to their blue brothers and sisters? You almost got to my state but didn't quite make it. I wonder if Nebraska will have Nelson back again after their more recent experience.
Do you think that Obama and his friends will manage to kill the present document so they can just take over and run the whole thing? How do you propose to do that?
