The OWS people are not Commies or whiners, but even those kinds of people have the right (just as those KKKs did) to peaceably assemble. That's what they were doing and the cops couldn't handle that.
So they shoot a guy in the head and people go to his aid then they toss a flash bang at em...
Nobody's charging at the cops, it's not self defense...
If the cops felt threatened they could have called for backup, there was no crime in progress that warranted that kind of assault...

Early, you need to study the weapons used by both sides. As close as I can get those flash-bangs are fire crackers thrown by the protesters and those big flash heavy smoke things are tear gas that is used to disperse them. I saw that video yesterday of how those solid groups of protesters scattered every direction to avoid the tear gas. Sometimes the heavier armor is owned by the police, as needs to be since they are so heavily outnumbered by rioters.
Did you see the video of the police throwing the guy (peaceful attendee) out of his wheelchair onto the ground and leaving him there face-down and bloodied, claiming that he "fell out of his chair on his own"--? Videos don't lie. So far, nothing has happened to these cops, not even a reprimand. Disgusting.

Opening fire with rubber bullets on a crowd is just gonna agitate more people and next time it happens I wouldn't be surprised to see some nuts start shooting real bullets back at em...

Jobs is part of it, but it is the whole bloomin' picture, that affects all of us. How can you be against those motives? Do you think they're out there for a good time?

What on earth is wrong with some of you people...These protesters are exercising their first amendment rights in the same way the people did when your country was founded. They are patriots and do not deserve to be smeared with all the lies spread about them.

I googled Fast Company and found a place where they hug trees and blame Americans for having cheaper energy than about anywhere else. I don't think I want to accept much of anything they say about these occupies since they are such heavy tree huggers. The worst thing I saw there was a picture of a Brazilian plan out filming the disappearing rain forests and where the plane was there was no sign of any kind of rain forest. I know propaganda when I see it.
