How have you made sure your work force is/was what you wanted it to be? I'm not interested in hearing racist, religious (and political) rants. Those people deserve to be visited by the DOJ. I want to hear how you, as an employer, who would hire others, makes sure your workforce are the people you're looking for.
This can get controversial which is why I posted it in this forum. If the mods think it should be in the jobs forum, please move it. Thanks for all those that reply (barring the racist right-wing posters)!
