Has issued a proposal to change the state and local pension programs. One thing is to stop spiking income the last year before retiring, the exclusion of bonuses, unused vacation pay, and other perks that have been factored in to pensions, and cancelling out pensions to anyone in government found guilty of committing fraud while on the job.
The changes are interesting, giving insight as to how the programs have been working. I was surprised to learn that one could buy "airtime" - time not worked, but which is used towards the calculation of pension benefits.
Here are his proposals:

Governor can say whatever he wants. It is what needs to be done to stop the outflow of taxpayers from Cali. Nobody there left to pay for the illegals soon. Cali house will never pass it.
I'm waiting for the unions and professional leftist agitators to descend on CA they way they did on WI, where they lost EVERYTHING, btw.
Think that will happen?
EVERYTHING? Please elaborate.
