I don't believe somebody like that is capable of being rehabilitated! It's a facde. Anybody that let themselves be that far gone in life is one instance away from snapping and reverting to old ways. The dude is a degenerate who doesn't support his wife and kid. I know people with more tatoos than he had that makes lots of money and support their families,and he's using it as an excuse.
