No. Presidents get to sign executive orders. I have no problems with executive orders. I don't support president issuing signing statements when they sign laws, though.

Our constitution is supposed to protect us from fascists like Obama.
If our congress wasn't in on the fix it would be at work impeaching him.

So you're okay with Republicans stopping Obama, after he was democratically elected, but you have a problem with Obama going around obstructionism where he can?

Perhaps you haven't noticed, but Congress isn't doing anything at all. They just sit on their butts talking about the next election, while the country goes down the tubes. At least President Obama is trying to help us.
