Would you be asking the same inane question if a Republican president was intentionally bypassing a substantial portion of what is supposed to be our representative government?

No. Presidents get to sign executive orders. I have no problems with executive orders. I don't support president issuing signing statements when they sign laws, though.
So then you would also have a problem with Congress not allowing Obama's nominees to get hearings or votes to fill openings in government? You also would have a problem with Congress doing almost nothing to work with Obama to solve the countries problems?

"we can't wait" is just spin to make the executive order nonsense seem more palatable to the sheep.

So you're okay with Republicans stopping Obama, after he was democratically elected, but you have a problem with Obama going around obstructionism where he can?
Perhaps you haven't noticed, but Congress isn't doing anything at all. They just sit on their butts talking about the next election, while the country goes down the tubes. At least President Obama is trying to help us.
