I listened to the clip. I didn't hear Obama say anything about Bush.

He's blamed HIS failed ideas and policies on Bush. That didn't work for 2010, won't work for 2012.

Bush was the worst president ever. The problems he has caused our nation are monumentous.

Of course he would be silent. Why draw more attention to your wreck than is needed? If I was responsible for the mess he has gotten our country into, I would pretend to be someone else let alone being silent.
