I don't think you would because our previous president, who is nearly identical to to the current president, had an (R) next to his name and liberals didn't like him.

With an "R", Obama would probably never make the national news beyond his constituents/state, forget about name. How about no-name? Only if he fit the profile of such lunatics as Keyes and Cain which he doesn't.

This is a stupid question. Most Con simpletons would love him, and most Lib simpletons would hate him.

Yes.

Not that I like him *that* much. He's more or less average to mediocre.

He's also very much unfairly maligned.

He doesn't, so it doesn't matter.....And if he was a republican, I imagine he would be a different person completely. He would probably say a lot of ridiculous stuff like republicans do, but I haven't seen him say even half the ridiculous stuff.

He may as well have one. He's a DINO, and always was.

Obama has invented a new label. Know what it is?

Liberal Republican

Yes.

I think he has gotten a lot done. I tend to look at all the options and vote for the one I like best.

On the flip side, Conservatives, would you hate Obama so much if he had an R after his name?

I'm neither, but right now I'd hate Obama if he had the winning Powerball numbers after his name, and only I could see them.
