This has been a problem for quite some time. And what is going on in Oslo is far from isolated. Malmo, Sweden has turned in a total cesspool. The Danish have heavily regulated the Oresund bridge(the love bridge), which connects Sweden and Denmark. Because such a large number of Muslims are trying to sneak into Denmark from craphole Malmo. The Muslim "refugees" don't work, don't pay into the generous socialist systems in those countries, and they destroy and threaten everyone in the communities they live in.
It is really depressing to think about it actually.
But there is at least some good news. Far-right political parties are gaining popularity, mostly on an anti-immigration basis. There is at least a decent chance that the European Union will go through some major restructuring over the next several years because of the budget/banking issues. But I think things have to get much worse before they get better.
But that would be racisssss monkeywrenching because the rapists for the majority are non white.They could do like England did dude raped someone was given 4 years and is now being allowed to stay in England instead of being deported.

Solution? Arm the women. My daughter carries a taser and a combat knife all the time. When she is going out of town, she packs a 9mm and has one in the car.
Plink a few rapists or taser them and cut them when they are down and I would bet that the crime rate will go down. My daughter says that if she tasers someone who attacks her she will take an ear to remind them that they messed with one tough broad who was merciful that she did not "gut" them.
