Cain's past sounds milder than Clinton's past that came out before his election. It sure did not slow down Cinton's campaign. And thanks to Clinton I now know there is more than one definition for the word "is".

It is interesting that no one on the news has mentioned Clinton's checkered past in conparison to Cain's current issue.

Obama's sister is out of a different father too, why not point that out? Why so little scrutiny of Obama's familiy life when he was growing up?

Candidate Clinton survived by his wits. He and his team were well prepared for the "bimbo eruptions" when they came up.

Cain and his team's performance during this flare-up have been shockingly incompetent. Either Cain failed to inform his managers about his "problem", or he and his managers never expected it to come out. Either way, it shows bad judgment and bad preparation.

We don't expect our presidents to be saints, but we DO expect them to be smart and reslient under pressure. If they can't handle a sex scandal, how will they deal with any other crisis, maybe with lives and the fortunes of countries on the line?

Clinton (and GWB) met and passed these early tests (draft dodging and sex for Clinton, drug and alcohol and draft dodging for Bush).

America is watching closely, going to school on Cain as a potential president. Not so much on the merits of the scandal itself, but how he handles it. So far, he's doing a horrible job.

^^This.

Gotta say, I'm sure Mr. Clinton is loving the attention he's getting again at Mr. Cain's expense. He's just that kind of guy

How short or convenient some memories can be. What about Clinton's life wasn't an open book in 1992, his alcoholic, abusive step-father, his drug using brother, White Water, and Jennifer Flowers - just to name a few. So what did we miss?

Ah, the good old days.

Seems to be lots of people afflicted with Rip Van Winkle syndrome lately.

Just had to post this for old times' sake:
