How's that Obama "green energy" scam looking now? Do you like how your tax dollars are spent?

Solyndra executives collected hefty bonuses in months before Fremont company filed for bankruptcy - SiliconValley.com

Quote:
The bonuses, awarded to more than a dozen executives, came on top of what were already highly competitive salaries. Karen Alter, Solyndra's vice president of marketing, had an annual base salary of $275,000; she was awarded a $55,000 bonus in April and again in July. Ben Bierman, Solyndra's executive vice president of operations and engineering, had an annual base salary of $300,000; he was awarded $60,000 in April and again in July. Will Stover, the company's chief financial officer, was also awarded a $60,000 bonus in April and again in July.
Oh, but it gets even better:

Former Solyndra CEO got $456K severance - Houston Chronicle (http://www.chron.com/news/article/Former-Solyndra-CEO-got-456K-severance-2247247.php - broken link)

Quote:
DOVER, Del. (AP) — New court documents show the founder and former CEO of solar panel maker Solyndra Inc. negotiated a severance package worth almost half a million dollars.

Documents the company filed in bankruptcy court in Delaware also show the executive, Chris Gronet, was terminated July 1, almost two months before Solyndra announced he was leaving.

Just keeps getting better, doesn't it.

This HAS to affect the 2012 Campaign... that is, if it were related to a GOP candidate.

Are they 1%ers? Can you be a 1%er if your politics lie to the left of the spectrum?

Of course, because GS and MF global are left-leaning.

If this is factual, then they have the greed disease that afflicts many Americans. Why do you not post this stuff about Wall Street banksters and corporate greed?

We benefit from learning about the thievery involved in any situation where OUR TAXPAYER MONEY has been DIRECTLY and KNOWINGLY given away by our President to a FAILING and now obviously corrupt company under the guise of job creation. This one happens to be spitting in our faces right now. Got something to add?

I do. Pay attention. I just understand that the things the banks are getting away with are being made legal by the corruption on Capitol Hill. Why don't you?

Corporations have a fiduciary duty to their sharholders. Elected representatives have a duty to the US Consitution and to the people. If you want change, get rid of the corruption on Capitol Hill. Get rid of Progressivism; which by its very definition, its mission statement is to undermine the US Constitution.
