There are lots of 'hang 'em high' posters here so is this a case that will bring them out cheering?
Keep in mind, this man was never even accused or suspected of acting on his prediliction.

Guess not too many people think locking a young man up for life is severe for what amounts to abetting people who do not get life sentences for what they actually do.

Inequities in prison sentencing.
Commit fraud and steal money from people, get life in prison.
Be convicted of murder2 for killing someone, get 15 to 25 years, eligible for parole in 8 years.

There's a better one 3 years for kidnapping and raping a girl for hours while driving around the state for hours, sickening to say the least.

the pedophile laws are draconian. i hear you.
here is what is unfair. he never saw a kid never touched a kid. never molested a kid. he went to jail for a computer download available to the public at no charge.
in other words hitting the return key can put u in jail.
this is the only law i know worse than CA nunchuck law.
2 sticks attached with a string found in storage in your house will put u in jail.
