Again liberals showing their lack of read comprehension by missing the word "ACCUSED" in that article.

I thought libs stood for equal protection under the law and innocent until proven guilty. HHMMMMM
Child support cases are usually pretty cut and dried - they calculate according to a formula. If Mr. Walsh has receipts for what he has paid, and written evidence that his ex-wife was forgiving any portion of the child support he owed, then he should go to court. If he cannot present these things, then he will likely be forced to pay a large amount, and possibly penalties/interest, depending on state law. It honestly doesn't look good for his case that he misses court dates.

I won't comment on your wholesale liberal bashing. That's just beneath you.

Instead of worrying about this guy's dispute with his ex wife why not open your eyes to the the crimes of the century going on in the White House and Congress???

Illinois is bankrupt like the rest of the USA...

Joe Walsh for Governor of Illinois!!!
If someone's walk doesn't match their talk then that is a red flag. This guy's flag is on fire.

He makes claims to be moral and family oriented as do most pea-brained repukkklicans, but refuses personaly responsibility to his kids.

Sounds like a republican to me. And only another repukkklican would defend this.

No. Because he's legally obligated to pau child support and he has failed to pay over $100,000 in child support that he was legally obligated to pay.

These facts have been established in court.
Judge rules against Rep. Joe Walsh in child support case | The Raw Story

At this point, the court is waiting for Walsh to explain why he doesn't have to pay the money he failed to pay despite being legally obligated to do so.

So far, his excuse has been 'Well, my wife said I didn't have to, but I didn't get that in writing or anything'...

Who needs Comedy Channel, when we have today's GOP?
Well Madonna did sing a song called like a Virgin.
