You just perfectly described my situation. At my business' current growth rate, I'll be in the top 5% or so of income earners within 5-6 years. I literally put every cent I had (which wasn't much, at all) into it less than 4 years ago to start it up, and I'm currently working 70+ hours per week and don't have health insurance. I sleep about 5 hours per night - sometimes 6, if I'm lucky.
