Those people come in all races, it's not exlusive to whites. Sorry, but I just don't see your insinuation that whites are given everything and minorities have to work so much harder. There may be exceptions, but I still believe those who worked hard are rewarded, and those who are lazy and didn't want to put in the work sit around and whine about what everyone else has.

Been going on since LBJ and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Not only in scholarships but admissions, job hiring, promotions etc etc. Welcome the the New USA. It's not how qualified you are but the color of your skin that matters.

Academic scholarships are the best to get, are your grades good? Are you involved with any organizations who may offer a scholarship? Some local businesses also might provide scholarships. If you have low income, you may also qualify for state and federal aide and/or loans. You might also want to consider going to a state school to keep costs low. Be sure to pick a major that has a good return on investment. Hint: Don't pick a liberal arts degree.
Yes, there are many scholarships and programs devoted to minority demographics to help them get into college, but help for the white man is out there.

His question was pertaining as to why there are scholarships specifically for minorities but not for whites. That's what I responded to. My other responses were in direct response to yours.
It really depends on the environment. Where they live or work or socialize.
