When someone accused says "I don't recall" or "I don't remember" do you suspect a lie (poll, claim)

You can take this statement any way you want. What if someone is taking a certain medication, their memory may not be that good.
Saying I don't recall, you may not recall a certain event, sometimes the memory starts playing tricks on the mind. I don't remember the same thing, they may honestly not remember, or this can also be seen as a ploy.
It would be the manner in which they state I DON'T RECALL OR I DON'T REMEMBER.
When someone lies, they usually have their head down, and eyes will not look you straight in your eye, one shoulder is suppose to be down, when someone lies.
I think there are things all of us don't remember, and things we have no problem recalling.

Unless you have some weird super memory, no one can remember EVERYTHING that happened over ten years ago. Heck, some people have trouble remembering what they had for lunch last week. Even my most vivid memories don't include exact dialog of who said what and when.
