If the draft were to be re-instated and millions chose not to get drafted i'd be curious to know where all these draft dodgers would go to escape criminal prosecution..

I would not dodge a compulsory form of national service outright, but if I felt that I were going to end up fighting in wars I didn't believe in, I'd dodge it without hesitation or regret. People have a right to decide whether or not they want to kill for the state.

I'd go to Canada.

But we may have a major war in the 2020s. There's been a major war roughly every 80-90 years. By the time the 2020s come around, it'll have been 80 years since the start of WWII, 80 years before WWII was the Civil War in the 1860s, 80 years before that, the American Revolution in the 1770s-1780s and the Glorious Revolution in the late 1600s.

All of the wars I mentioned occurred during the 4T Crisis era. They were total wars that were fought with maximum fury.

I'll defend MY COUNTRY if there is an IMMEDIATE threat to OUR OWN borders! I will NOT go overseas to fight some bulls*** war that I don't agree with in the first place! We need to stop being the world cop, and try to force our policies down others throats who clearly don't want them! It's time that we worry about our own country first.

I would dodge the draft UNLESS we were being currently attacked by foreign troops on our own soil. I do not believe in these globalists wars that our currently going on.

I laugh at anyone who says that they'd go to Canada. That might have worked in the Vietnam War era, but now Canada has an extremely restrictive immigration policy. Basically, you can't get in there unless you have multiple doctorate degrees or $5,000,000+ in liquid assets.

They would not have to go anywhere since there would be to many to prosecute and any draft law would be null and void at that point.

We are leaving Iraq and getting ready to leave Afghanistan. And you guys are worried about the draft? How many Generals, let alone Defense Secretaries, have to tell you that they do not want it? Do you all just enjoy being defiant even though the issue you defy does not exist?

Maybe all the Drones will dodge the Draft.

I wouldn't dodge for two reasons.

1) How could you do these days, anyway? It is impossible to hide.

2) Experience.

I don't think they would draft me anyway - I have a health issue.
