corporations paying their employees good wages and treating them with respect turn me on!
it's funny watching that one show where the ceo works the same jobs as the peasants, and then sees how hard and boring and tedious the peasants work is, and really couldn't even do their job at all, but in the end still give the peasant a $5000 donation to the charity of their choice, instead of just giving the peasant the much needed money

it's quite sickening
I agree with you 100%. But the corporations are very few that actually care about their employees. The employees is what makes the company. With out them, there is not company. But yet they treat their employees like cattle. Work you to death, most not compensating enough for their time and energy spent. And what I am seeing more and more of, is getting laid off with retirement pension right around the corner.

That show is called "Undercover Boss." And you must not have watched too many episodes!

Evidence, please. Which corporation is doing this?

Some of you think way too highly of yourselves.
I realize that I am an average working person with above average sales ability.
I realize that my value to my boss is limited to what I bring to the table.
I don't think for a second that I could replace him.
He, on the other hand, could replace me tomorrow.
I'm not saying that I couldn't get another sales job in an hour, but I really don't want to.
The president, CEO, CFO, etc. of a company are what make a company operate, not the workers.
Wells Fargo for one, seen it way to many times, and I only worked there for a year and a half.
Evidence? Explain: how many hours were you forced to work? How little pay were you forced to accept?
