Settlement Approved in BoA Class Action Lawsuit (dollars, Florida, billion)

Earlier this month a Florida judge approved the settlement in the BoA Class Action lawsuit. The members of the class will recieve $27.00 dollars. This is less then the amount of the overdraft fee. Are you a member of the class? Thoughts?
