The establishment now wants to kick out OWS because the Left leaning establishment couldn't co-opt OWS. Just like the Tea Party were dumb enough to let themselves get co-opted by the far Right establishment.
OWS and the Tea Party were both intended to be the opposite sides of the same coin. Pit the Left against the Right. Except one funny thing happened. OWS told the establishment to get lost, while the dumbass Tea Party let themselves get co-opted.
That's why OWS got kicked out. They were holding up anti-Obama signs. They didn't let themselves get co-opted by the Left.
Who is the establishment, particularly the different leaning parts?
If you don't know that OWS is funded by people like George Soros, you are uninformed.
Exactly, The Soros camp was hoping for a pro-Obama rally but they got the exact opposite. OWS were holding up End The Fed signs instead. That's why they got kicked out.
Educating those people who still don't know who the Fed is.
By shutting down their mode of public transportation that they use to get to work to support their families? Is that really the best idea the OWS useful idiots can come up with?
Hours later, the National Lawyers Guild obtained a court order allowing the protesters to return with their tents to the park, where they have camped for two months. The guild said the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on the protesters who are now looking for squatters rights, despite park rules banning camping overnight.
That the liberal left for you, their ideology is outside the norm for the rest of the nation; laws don't matter, respect for private or public property don't matter, common decency and etiquette don't matter either. No wonder the yearly polls show that libs only make 20% or less of the nation. This Infest Wall Street movement is solidifying the negative views and people's disgust for the liberal left in this nation.
By that rationale, the city could just make a law that prevents signs, petitions, megaphones (they already do) and standing in a park or on a sidewalk for more than 30 seconds. Then they could just arrest anyone for "breaking the law", no questions asked, right?
how about we just stick with the laws on the books before the protests started? makes it easy for everyone.
The simple fact is the city was vastly more lenient with these idiots than with any other group in history.
